At Loving Touch, sessions are slow, intentional, and personalized. This is not a rushed, one-size-fits-all experience. We specialize in manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, and nervous system care for people dealing with chronic stress, pain, or post-op recovery. Our approach is trauma-aware, deeply restorative, and grounded in both clinical skill and compassionate presence.
MLD is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps move stagnant lymph fluid, reduce swelling, improve immunity, and support detox. It’s especially beneficial for clients with inflammation, post-op swelling, hormonal bloating, puffiness, or fatigue. No machines are used—just slow, intentional manual techniques.
Yes. Loving Touch provides hands-on post-op lymphatic care customized to your stage of healing. This is a safe, gentle approach designed to support drainage, reduce discomfort, and promote healthy tissue recovery.
Note: I do not perform incisional drainage or use machines. Please ensure you are cleared by your surgeon before booking.
Please arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals right before your session. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. If you’re post-op, bring any garments or compression wear recommended by your provider.
Your first visit includes a brief intake to discuss your goals, health history, and comfort preferences. Every session is customized—whether you need deep tissue work, nervous system support, lymphatic care, or emotional release.
You will never be rushed. You will be fully covered and supported throughout. Your body sets the pace.
Not at all. Some clients process through silence, others through gentle conversation. You are always welcome to speak—or not. This is your space to just be. You’ll never be pressured into talking or explaining more than you want to.
Yes. Prenatal and postpartum massage is available for clients in all trimesters and beyond. I use safe positioning and techniques to support pelvic health, swelling, back pain, and the emotional weight of transition.
I accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments like Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Emergencies are handled with compassion, but taking advantage of compassion may lead to referral to a different therapist.
At this time, I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide receipts or superbills for you to submit to your provider if you have a plan that reimburses for out-of-network massage therapy or MLD.
After a session—especially lymphatic or deep emotional work—give yourself time to rest, hydrate, and integrate. You may feel tired, light, or emotional. This is normal and part of the healing process. Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity for a few hours.
No, my rates are all-inclusive.
No problem. You can book a time slot (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes), and we’ll decide together what your body needs most. You can also request a free 15-minute consult before committing to a session.
