Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, rhythmic strokes to support the body’s natural detox and healing process. Ideal for cosmetic surgery recovery, fluid retention, and nervous system regulation.

Therapeutic Massage
Targeted relief using deep tissue, orthopedic techniques, and stretching.
Perfect for chronic pain, TMJ, sciatica, postural tension, or stress-related tightness. Each session is adapted to your unique goals.
Enhancements always free of charge and may include hot stones, hot packs, cupping, and CBD or muscle soothing cream.

The Loving Touch Restorative Ritual
A two-hour, full-body treatment that blends therapeutic and spa elements.
Includes:
- Full-body massage (deep tissue + MLD techniques)
- Full-body chocolate exfoliating scrub
- Warm oil scalp treatment
- Anti-aging facial massage with rosehip oil
- Hot towels, aromatherapy, and grounding touch
