I offer massage and restorative treatments designed to help your body recover, release tension, and feel its best. Every session is personalized to your needs, combining my clinical experience with nurturing, restorative care.

I charge by the hour, not per modality. This means all the techniques and enhancements you may need—aromatherapy, hot stones, heating pads, hot towels, stretching, cupping, and a chocolate back, foot, hand or full body scrub—are included in your session. You get a full, premium experience without worrying about add-on costs. I only use unscented, organic creams and muscle balms.

I use a combination of deep tissue, medical, and Swedish techniques to relieve chronic tension, stress, and postural discomfort. Every session is tailored to your body, focusing on what you need most so you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and restored. Any and all enhancements included.

I provide specialized care to support your body after surgery. My goal is to reduce swelling, improve mobility, and help you heal comfortably. Gentle, restorative techniques—including MLD—are integrated seamlessly into your session.

This indulgent 2 hour session features both MLD and traditional massage techniques, incorporating a full body chocolate scrub, warm oil scalp massage, and an anti-aging MLD face routine. This is the ultimate experience of pampering and self-care without the huge price tag most high-end spas charge.

I use this gentle, specialized technique to reduce fluid retention, ease swelling, and support post-operative recovery. MLD can also help with chronic swelling and overall wellness. It’s fully included in your hourly session when needed.
