What We Offer
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Certified C-MLD care designed to support post-operative recovery, reduce swelling and inflammation, and improve lymphatic flow. Gentle, hands-on techniques encourage faster healing while calming the nervous system. No machines used.
Therapeutic Massage
A custom blend of deep tissue massage, orthopedic techniques, and targeted stretching. Ideal for clients experiencing chronic pain, emotional tension, TMJ dysfunction, or unresolved musculoskeletal issues. Techniques are slow, specific, and designed to last.
Two-Hour Restorative Package
A deeply renewing session that integrates full-body therapeutic and lymphatic massage with a chocolate body scrub, warm oil scalp treatment and focused care to the hands, feet, and back. This session is designed to help the body and mind fully reset.
